Establishing superior client service within our firm allows us to build long term and mutually beneficial business relationships. At CDH, our clients are both external and internal. We believe that our employees (internal clients) are equally as important as our external clients. As a result, employees are expected to provide superior service to each other as well as to our traditional clients.
