Transfer Pricing Manager

We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our consulting team. Essential Functions:
- Prepare and supervise transfer pricing reports
- Perform risk management and administrative duties, as necessary
- Supervise and mentor staff
- Take on various aspects of client relationships

Credentials:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business from an accredited college/university
- Minimum 5 years of transfer pricing experience with a professional services firm
- CPA/ABV a plus, MBA, ASA preferred

Senior Auditor

We are seeking a Senior Auditor to join our rapidly growing and dynamic Audit Department. Our client base consists of manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution, retail and service businesses operating in a multi-state and international arena. Be a part of a proactive professional team, and have daily contact with principals and clients in a pleasant, fast-paced and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and supervising audit fieldwork
- Audit planning and research
- Assisting in training new staff
- Assisting in development of audit season planning and scheduling Analyzing and consulting with clients on GAAP treatment of client transactions

Capabilities:
- 4+ years of related audit experience
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Excellent decision making ability
- Willingness to learn new areas of auditing
- Highly organized, energetic and possessing a strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Desire to grow to a management level position within the Audit Department

Credentials:
- CPA required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, ProFx, VPM, and other audit software a plus

Senior Auditor Bilingual (Japanese/English) - Lexington, KY

We are seeking a Senior Auditor with bilingual abilities (Japanese) to join our rapidly growing and dynamic Audit Department in Kentucky. Our client base consists of manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution, retail and service businesses operating in a multi-state and international arena. Our Pacific Rim Practice is a leading practice in the Midwest US, which primarily provides risk management services to U.S.-based Japanese businesses and Asia-based U.S. businesses.

Our external audit services include:

  • Audits of financial statements
  • Audits of internal controls
  • Agreed upon procedures
  • Other attest related services

Seniors should be able to supervise multiple engagements for US clients as well as international clients effectively. Be a part of a proactive professional team, and have daily contact with managers, partners and clients in a pleasant, fast-paced, and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and supervising audit fieldwork
- Audit planning and research
- Assisting in training new staff
- Assisting in development of audit season planning and scheduling.
- Analyzing and consulting with clients on GAAP treatment of client transactions
- Supervising internal audit engagements overseas and in the U.S.

Capabilities:
- 2 to 4 years of related financial audit experience
- Fluent in Japanese (native level required)
- Must be very familiar with Japanese culture
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Excellent decision making ability
- Willingness to learn new areas of auditing
- Highly organized, energetic and possessing a strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Desire to grow to a management level position within the Audit Department

Credentials:
- CPA required
- CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) preferred.

Tax Staff Bilingual (Japanese/English)

We are seeking a staff tax accountant with bilingual abilities (Japanese) to join our Tax Department. Our client base consists of manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution, retail and service businesses operating in a multi-state and international arena.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing various tax returns including corporations and individuals
- Preparing individual tax returns for Japanese inpatriates
- Contacting Japanese clients to send and receive tax information
- Preparing payroll gross up for Japanese inpatriates
- Contacting the IRS and state tax authorities to resolve tax notices
- Conducting tax research

Capabilities:
- Fluent in Japanese (native level required)
- Familiar with Japanese work culture
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and specialize in international taxes
- Highly organized
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Credentials:
- CPA preferred
