Five Star Service

CDH consistently delivers Five Star Client Service to our external clients as well as to our internal staff. This is comparable to the impeccable service one receives from a five-star restaurant or hotel. We are committed to offering Five Star Client Service: We are dedicated to keeping our promises, building relationships and promoting ongoing communication.

CDH supports the on-going training of the Five Star program. The program teaches our staff to expand their focus and to work with each other to understand, improve and manage client expectations while providing superior client service. This training has resulted in process improvements for the firm and more effective communication, both internally and externally.

The goals of Five Star include the following:

  • Understand client needs and wants.
  • Increase firm efficiency and communication.
  • Keep services on track, time and budget.

It is our policy to offer our clients (both internal and external) Five Star Client Service:

  • We listen to you to make sure we understand exactly what you want/need.
  • We check to make sure we deliver exactly what you ordered.
  • We connect with you to make sure you are delighted with what you have received, and if not, we determine what corrective action we need to take to make you delighted.
  • We provide additional suggestions of services to meet your wants/needs based upon our knowledge of your objectives.
  • Sometimes, even the most dedicated service professional will make mistakes - no matter how well intended they are. While we strive for perfection, we also understand it is possible to fall short sometimes. For that reason, we have a recovery process in which we own up to our mistakes and make the necessary investment in fixing the problem and making things right with you.
