CDH consistently delivers Five Star Client Service to our external clients as well as our internal staff. This is comparable to the impeccable service one receives from a five-star restaurant or hotel.
Every CDH team member has participated in the Five Star Client Service training program. This program teaches our staff to expand their focus and work with each other effectively to understand, improve and manage client expectations. This training has resulted in process improvements for the firm and more effective communication, both internally and externally.
