Pay For Performance

CDH maintains a Pay-for-Performance program that rewards employees for superior performance. Through this program, we strive to motivate employees to perform at a high level, and attract and retain the top individuals to the organization.

All employees, regardless of position, are eligible to receive an annual bonus and merit-based salary increase. Each year every employee participates in the annual evaluation process to ensure we meet our performance goals to:

  • Enhance our ability to serve our clients.
  • Recognize all types of contributions to the firm's success.
  • Objective measures for allocating pay based on individual and firm performance.
  • To increase individual's growth and opportunities and ability to continually improve.

CDH is committed to evaluating performance based on multiple factors including adherence to the firm's core values, Five-Star Service & Balanced Scorecard goals. The Balanced Scorecard approach ensures that individual goals are linked to firm goals. Each individual then has an understanding of how his or her performance contributes to the overall success of the firm.
