Our Director of Learning and Training will work with you to guide your continuing professional education. Our professionals have two mentors--of which one is a Principal--who will guide both your technical and soft skill development.
As your career continues to advance, you will have an opportunity to specialize in a service niche. Each industry and service is led by one of our Principals or experienced managers. As you work within an industry, you will have the opportunity to be coached by an experienced, seasoned Principal. You will be able to develop strong, trusting mentor relationships that will help develop your skill set and advance within our firm.
