Professional and personal development career opportunities are provided through CDH's continuing education program. We value strong working relationships within our firm as much as we value them with our clients.

Our Director of Learning and Training will work with you to guide your continuing professional education. Our professionals have two mentors--of which one is a Principal--who will guide both your technical and soft skill development.

As your career continues to advance, you will have an opportunity to specialize in a service niche. Each industry and service is led by one of our Principals or experienced managers. As you work within an industry, you will have the opportunity to be coached by an experienced, seasoned Principal. You will be able to develop strong, trusting mentor relationships that will help develop your skill set and advance within our firm. CDH maintains a strong commitment to our professionals through the belief that mentoring and teamwork is essential in career development.

We work with you to set and review annual goals so that you can focus on your unique professional development. We believe that positive, supportive, and successful relationships within our firm are critical to developing our people.
