Because of the accuracy of reporting information, and our solid reputation within the banking community, the client was able to expand its relationship with banks to work with bigger banks, which ended up helping the company to grow annual revenues.
- Analyzed a client's job flow and production processes to identify inefficiencies and provide solutions for improvement. Costs were analyzed and production rates developed for each operation of the production process. Using the production rates, a computerized quoting template was developed for pricing purposes. An automated job costing and tracking system was implemented for tracking and analyzing job profitability.
