Corbett, Duncan & Hubly, P.C. Performance Ranked High in Annual Client Satisfaction Survey

Corbett, Duncan & Hubly, a Crain’s Top 25 CPA firm in the Chicago area, is pleased to announce the results of their 2006 Client Satisfaction survey. Overall, client satisfaction performance was ranked at 88% (satisfied or better).

CDH was highly rated in the following areas:

• The quality of work consistently meets expectations;
• Team members of CDH are accessible when you need them;
CDH team members return your phone calls and e-mails timely;
• Clients are satisfied with the advice, recommendations, and suggestions they receive.

Another notable finding was that 95% of all survey participants said they would recommend CDH to other friends, professionals or acquaintances.

As in previous years, the overall majority of respondents said that quality of the work, accessibility, returning calls and emails in a timely fashion, proactive advice, recommendations, advice, and suggestions were the most important attributes when choosing an accounting firm and the key drivers of overall client satisfaction.
