Culture defines a company – what it does, how it adds value, and how it grows a customer base. A culture that has the ability to deliver change and add value as a best practice not only generates new customers but positions itself as a leader in their practice.

Dick Portillo defined culture. He started out with a 6′ x 12′ hot dog trailer in 1963. In 2014 he sold his Portillo’s restaurant empire to Berkshire Partners for $1B. He built a culture that resonated with the customer, in spite of competing with the likes of McDonald’s, Burger King, and Wendy’s. He was able to enhance and deliver a unique customer experience….he did this by knowing his customers better than corporate America.

Sage Intacct will change a company culture too. It will remove out of date legacy systems just getting by to a strategic asset that develops key insights for the business. In today’s fast moving business environment staying with old technology is a huge risk. To be competitive today, business users need real time KPI’s, dashboards and reporting to make the right decisions for growing their business today.
