Riki Shah, CPA

Riki Shah is a Partner at CDH and the firm’s tax practice leader. He provides strategic oversight and technical leadership.

With more than 15 years of experience, Riki specializes in delivering comprehensive tax services for individuals, partnerships, C corporations, S corporations, and entities with multi-state and international operations. He also manages the preparation and review of income tax provisions for financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting periods. In addition to serving business entities, Riki works closely with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing tailored strategies to minimize tax exposure, preserve wealth, and achieve long-term financial goals. His deep technical knowledge, combined with a practical and client-focused approach, allows him to guide clients through complex tax environments with confidence and clarity.

Riki is committed to fostering professional growth within the firm and advancing diversity in the accounting profession. He has led initiatives such as organizing Loyola University Chicago’s inaugural “Women in Public Accounting” panel in 2018, reinforcing his dedication to mentorship and inclusive leadership.

Riki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
