CDH, P.C. is pleased to announce Patrick Brennan as its newest Principal, effective October 12, 2020. Patrick joins the firm’s growing Assurance practice bringing more than 25 years of public accounting and private industry experience in accounting including audit, internal controls, operational improvements, risk management, restructuring, and data analysis.

Prior to joining CDH, Patrick served as a Director in the Advisory and Assurance practice for a national public accounting firm. In this role, he was responsible for managing all aspects of business advisory and assurance engagements including implementation of accounting standards, financial operations, process improvements, financial reporting, data analytics leading practices, and SOX compliance.
A certified public accountant in Illinois, Patrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Loyola University.
